1. Use of the Mufil Platform
Mufil is an online directory platform that connects cleaning service providers (“Service Providers”) with individuals and businesses seeking cleaning services (“Customers”). We do not provide cleaning services ourselves and are not a party to any service agreements. All interactions and transactions are solely between Customers and Service Providers.

2. No Liability for Third-Party Services
We do not verify, control, endorse, or guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of any service provided by listed companies. You assume all risks associated with hiring or working with any Service Provider. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction resulting from your use of services found through the platform.

3. Right to Remove or Modify Listings
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or modify any business listing or profile at any time and at our sole discretion, especially if we determine it violates our guidelines or does not align with our values. No refunds will be given for removed or suspended listings, including paid listings.

4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, honest information. Misuse of the platform, including submitting false information or reviews, may result in account termination without refund.

5. Paid Advertising and Premium Listings
Service Providers may purchase paid advertising or premium listings. All fees are final and non-refundable, even if the listing does not result in customer inquiries, is removed due to violation of these Terms, or the account is canceled.

6. Platform Availability and Data Loss
We use industry-standard practices to protect our systems but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or data security. We are not liable for data loss, unauthorized access, or service disruptions caused by technical failures, cyberattacks, or other issues beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Mufil platform, including trademarks, logos, design, and text, is the property of Gubry unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, use, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Mufil platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gubry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gubry, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or interactions with other users or businesses.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted. Continued use of the platform after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts located in New York City, New York.
